RUNNING

Wednesday evening running session have something for everyone. Whether you are looking to improve your running speed or distance or maybe you are just after a social run and a chat, all our sessions are inclusive for everyone.

Monday evening sessions are for Forest Fitness members only and include a variety of activities, such as: skills, drills, ABCs (Agility, Balance and Co-ordination), sprint and hill sessions, intervals and also regular fitness tests.

BOOTCAMP

We have a wide range of outdoor equipment which provides varied and interesting sessions, with the focus always on the fun and enjoyment.

Our sessions are suitable for all abilities, from the beginner to the well trained, there is something for everyone. Sessions are held on Saturday mornings and Tuesday evenings.

BOXING

The Hatton Academy was created by professional boxer Ricky ‘The Hitman’ Hatton, combining the principles of professional boxing with the benefits of functional training. Boxing training not only works all area’s of the body but also all aspects of fitness such as; cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, muscular strength, stamina, co ordination and power.
